Your products will be sent with Australia Post via standard parcel post. All orders incur a flat rate postal charge (listed per item) for delivery anywhere within Australia. Both single and multiple item purchases will be packed as one parcel up to 5kgs in weight. For larger orders requiring multiple packages we will honour the single flat rate charge.

All of our products are packed with great care. They are not fragile and will be well protected, however we cannot be responsible for loss or damage that occurs once the parcel has been posted. Please contact us at info@kab.com.au if you would like a quote for the following upgraded post options:

If you are currently in another country please send us an email with your name, delivery address and the order request, and we will let you know if we are able to assist. We will provide a freight quote for your consideration. Please email at info@kab.com.au.

Taxes, fees and duties payable in your own country are your responsibility.


Policies

We aim to dispatch within 2-5 business days after payment is received. When ordering, please remember that there may be some slight delays during peak trading times or due to COVID19. We will contact you immediately if this is the case.

If you require items urgently please contact us at info@kab.com.au prior to checking out so we can confirm if the products can be delivered within your time frame.

You will be notified the day the parcel is posted and provided with any tracking numbers.If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances.

With standard postal services, delivery will be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday.
